”ASOCIACIÓN DE EMPRESAS DE INGENIERÍA, CONSULTORÍA, MEDIO AMBIENTE, ARQUITECTURA Y SERVICIOS TECNOLÓGICOS” (hereinafter ASICMA) with address at C/ Montalbán, 3 - 5º Dcha. Madrid E-28014 holder of CIF (Tax Identification Code) No. G81185837 represented by Pedro Canalejo Marcos, makes available on its web www.asicma.com certain contents that are informative in nature about its activities.

The present general conditions soley and exclusively regulate the use of the website of ASICMA by the USERS that access the same. The present general conditions are provided to the USER in the website www.asicma.com on all of the pages and every time the USER introduces their data into the existing forms, so that they can be read, printed, saved and accepted via internet, with the USER not being able to enter their data effectively without first having executed said acceptance.

Access to the ASICMA website implies, without exception, acceptance of the present general conditions of use that the USER states that they understand in their entirety. The USER undertakes not to use the website or the services offered therein in order to carry out activities that are contrary to the law and to respect the present general conditions at all times.

FIRST.- CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE

1. 1.1.- The USER is under no obligation to register on the ASICMA website in order to use it, unless said USER wants to use the data base of articles that are on the www.asicma.com, in which case registration is required by completion of a basic form. Said subscription shall be regulated by the specific general conditions. The conditions of use and access to the present website shall be stictly regulated by the legislation in force and the principle of good faith of the USER undertaking to use make good use of website. All acts that breach the law, rights or interests of third parties: right to privacy, data protection, intellectural property etc. are prohibited ASICMA expressly prohibits the following:
   1. 1.1.1.- Carrying out actions that may lead to any kind of damage by any means to the ASICMA systems or third parties
   2. 1.1.2.- Carrying out, without proper authorisation, any kind of business publicity or information whether directly or covertly, sending spam ("spaming") or the sending of heavy messages with the intention of blocking network servers ("mail bombing").
2. 1.2.- ASICMA may interrupt access to the website at any time should there be any illegal use or use contrary to good faith or the present general conditions – see provision five.

SECOND.- CONTENTS.

The contents incorporated into this website have been elaborated and included by:

1. 2.1.- ASICMA using internal and external sources to the extent that ASICMA solely accepts liability for those contents elaborated internally.
2. 2.2.- Third parties to ASICMA, whether via direct collaboration on the website or via hyperlinks or links to other websites or information about other websites of which ASICMA is not titleholder. Under no circumstances is ASICMA liable for the contents introduced in such manner and does not guarantee the proper working of all of these links or hyperlinks. Any USER that wants to establish a hyperlink on their website to the website of ASCIMA shall not use the information made available on the referred to website illegally or contrary to good faith.
3. 2.3.- ASICMA reserves the right to amend the contents on the website at any time.

THIRD.- COPYRIGHT

ASICMA is a registered trademark. Any other use of the ASICMA trademark, which includes both the name and the logo, is prohibited, unless there has been express consent by ASICMA – the contents themselves, the programming and website design – are fully protected by copyright. All reproduction, communication, distribution, and transformation of the aforementioned protected elements is expressly prohibited, unless there has been express consent by ASICMA.

FOURTH.- JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

The present general conditions shall be regulated by Spanish legislation. The Courts of Madrid being competent to resolve any dispute or conflict that may arise under the present general conditions, the USER expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.

FIFTH.- VOID PROVISIONS

Should any of the provisions of the present document be declared void, the remaining provisions shall continue to be effective and shall be interprested taking into consideration the will of the parties and the objective of the present conditions. ASICMA may choose not to exercise any of the rights and powers granted in this document which shall under no circumstance imply the waiver of the same, unless expressly stated by ASICMA.
